Well fans...I think there are two of you,
It's time for the first Taco Blog from the Taco Bloggers. Let's start with a little backround. Tim and Brian have a passion for tacos, namely Al Pastor. For Tim it started with his trips down to Mexico where Al Pastor is made on a spit with pineapple juice dripping down the face of the delicious meats as it slowly roasts. For Brian it began on a hot afternoon when he got a chance to stop by the local taco truck for the first time. On the recomendation of Tim he ordered a couple Al Pastor Tacos and was SOLD! So now just like the Blues Brothers We are on a Mission, to find the perfect Sonoma County Taco! We decided since not everyone is a fan of Al Pastor to move into other meats, but the rules stay the same, Specific Criteria will be placed on each Taco and they are as follows...
we are using a 1-5 scale, with 1 being un edible and 5 being a masterpiece of Taco Heaven! We will be rating:
Tortilla
Filling
Topping
Heat
Brian & Tim will rate the tacos seperatly and then combine their totals for a final score of X out of 40 with 40:40 perfection!
